The spray dryer is widely used in the food industry, with its key advantage being the ultra-fast conversion of liquid into powder. The high-speed centrifugal atomizer sprays coconut milk into fine droplets of 40-120 microns, where 95% of the water evaporates instantly in hot air, completing the drying process within seconds. To further enhance quality, the drying chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel with mirror polishing and equipped with a pulse air hammer system to prevent powder sticking and accumulation, achieving a powder recovery rate ≥95%. The PLC control system precisely monitors inlet (140-350℃) and outlet (80-90℃) temperatures, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
