The Roller Compactor Dry Granulator is an innovative powder processing machine that transforms fine powder materials into uniform granules through high-pressure mechanical compaction.

Unlike traditional wet granulation equipment, this dry granulation system does not require water, organic solvents, binders, or drying procedures. Working Process

The powder material is continuously fed into the compaction chamber through a precision feeding system.

Under controlled hydraulic pressure, two counter-rotating rollers compress the powder into dense sheets (ribbons). The compacted sheets are then pre-crushed and processed through a two-stage milling system to achieve the required granule size.

The complete process includes:

Powder Feeding → High Pressure Compaction → Ribbon Breaking → Milling → Granule Collection

The dry granulation process avoids thermal stress and moisture exposure, ensuring consistent product quality.
