DESCRIPTION

It is suitable for drying powder and granule material such as raw material in pharmaceutical industry, granule material for pressing tablet, infusion of Chinese medicine; in chemical industry, drying and damp removing of citric acid, other powder and granule shape materials. It can also be suitable for food, drinking infusion, etc; in grain process, drying maize embryo, feedstuff and so on. In general the maximum size of material may reach 0.1~6 mm. The best is 0.5~3 mm.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The clean and hot air enters into fluidization bed through distributor of valve plate. The wet material fed from feeder will be formed a fluidization state by hot air (jumping within the bed like boiling water), so it is called fluidizing dryer(or machine).Because of the large contacting area between hot air and materials, the drying time is short. The air enters from one end of bed, through" boiling" several minutes and then comes out automatically from the other end.

Installation Instructions
1.All equipment should be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, the components of a good seal.
2.Fan can be placed in the outdoor or indoor self silencer. Layout can be adjusted as appropriate depending on the circumstances.
